Dubai, UAE, 10th June 2012 – Aptec Distribution, part of Aptec Group, one of the largest technology distributors in the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey & North Africa, received a very prestigious IBM System x Distributor Growth Award at the IBM Middle East & Pakistan Business Partner Executive Conference, which was held at Mina A’Salam hotel, Medinat Jumeirah in Dubai, on 28th May 2012. Along with other 11 regional distributors, Aptec was invited to attend the IBM Partner Conference where awards were given to distributors for best performance during last year in different business areas. IBM System x Distributor Award is the most prestigious among all, and Aptec team was thrilled to receive this award for the first time in its more than 13 years history of distribution relationship with IBM. The recognition from the vendor came for delivering on highest business growth of astonishing 221% YoY, contribution to the IBM brand and proactive channel development.
