Appropriate Technology “Aptec” was established in the UK in
1980. It became a major distributor of printers, peripherals and document
imaging products. The company owned several subsidiaries including Paperlink UK,
Paperlink Gmbh, Learn Ltd, AptecSoft and Aptec International. The trading
business in the UK was sold after year 2000. Management moved its focus to the
fast growing markets of Middle East, Africa, Turkey and CIS.
